I can’t believe that there is still snow on the ground! This week we got a record 12.5” inches of snow in the Dallas area!! We were so excited, because it is the most snow that Dallas has ever had! In 1964 Dallas got 12.1”, so this was a new record! Mesquite schools were closed on Friday so Charlie did not have to go to work. We tried driving around the neighborhood Friday, after sliding a few times on the slush and getting stuck in our driveway, I decided not to make the drive in to work. So we had a little snow day!
This was Thursday morning, driving down my driveway, on my way to work.
On my way to work, you can’t really see them, but the snowflakes were so big! Doesn’t this picture just look cold , ha ha.
At work on Thursday, the big snowflakes continue to fall.
Still snowing…my car was covered when I got out of work.
Driving home from work…still snowing, so pretty!
Looking out the front door on Friday morning, so much snow!!
Trying to convince Charlie to come outside with me to build a snowman, ha ha.
Snow Ball Fight!
Building our snow lady.
Making a snow angel!
Taking a walk to Starbucks!
Charlie found some brand new Polo shirts that still had the tags on them, covered in snow in the street! ha ha
Hope everyone enjoyed the snow! Happy Valentine’s weekend!!

Your snow-woman might be the best one I've seen yet! I wanted make ours prettier, but Casey rushed us and wanted to go in! Party pooper!! The snow was so fun though! I'm glad we got to experience that!!
