Last night we had Pokeno Night at my house and we had so much fun! (as always! :)) We are sad that we missed Natalie and Melody :(. We ate tacos. played Pokeno and got gifts. The gift theme this time was to bring a fabulous stocking stuffer. I won/stole from Lauren this adorable coupon book that Rachel brought. (btw: Thanks Lauren for letting me steal this, you are sweet!). This adorable coupon book inspired me to start using coupons. I mainly want to use them at the grocery store and after these girls were telling me how much they save on their groceries I was getting really inspired! So this morning I took their advice and got the 3 newspapers that were in my yard this morning and began cutting out coupons. Lauren gave me a great tip, to only get the coupons for items that you already buy, because it is easy just to buy the item because you have the coupon. So leave me a comment if you have some coupon tips. Natalie I know that you are great with the coupons, so I bet you have some tips! I am excited about putting these coupons to use and getting some great savings! Thanks girls for the fun and good laughs!

my coupon tip: shop at kroger and use your card, then they send you kroger coupons in the mail every 2 months. they only send you coupons for the stuff you've already bought there. some of the coupons are for FREE stuff and some are for several dollars off. good stuff!
i'm guess queen bernina is you, but what the heck does that mean?? haha!

I just cut all my coupons today!
I ditto what lauren says, you can also go online to kroger (if you have a plus card) and load a TON of coupons to your card and they automatically use them if you buy that stuff at the store=)

rach & ginni - well, that's the thing - i didn't know what a bernina was! i've never had a sewing machine and neither did my mother! :)
