The renovation has been coming along quickly! So my next update is the floors! Charlie with the help of some friends laid the hardwood floors. They look great! They still need to be sanded and stained, but that will be one of the last things that we do. The hardwood floors are in the entry way, living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways. There will be tile in the bathrooms and laundry room, and carpet in the bedrooms. So here they are…

Chris Pacina and his son came over to help…how cute is he! He was picking up nails with the pliers, ha ha. They were working very hard on getting the floors laid and they did a great job!
This is the guest bathroom that is connected to the game room. Obviously the before picture on the left and the after picture on the right. They put in white subways tiles in the shower and little octagon tiles on the floor.

The game room…these are not very good pictures, but we had carpet installed in the game room. It has also been painted, new wainscoting put up, new windows, ceiling fan, and trim/crown molding.
Well that is the update for now! I have a lot more to come…things are moving fast!
