First Day Of School
Well the Summer has come to an end and tomorrow school starts! I love when school starts because it means fall is coming. When I was little the night before school starting was like Christmas Eve! ha ha. I could not fall asleep I was so anxious and excited! I probably got 2-3 hours of sleep the night before school started, if that. I had my room cleaned (of course), my back pack and school supplies ready sitting on the fireplace, my new school outfit set out. I loved it! Here are a few pictures from those days…
What I love about this picture: of course the blue station wagon! ha ha, my big bangs, the dress my mom made for me (I really do love that!), and the fact that you can tell I did not get much sleep, I look so tired, ha ha.
I also came across this first day of school picture and had to share it with everyone…good laugh.
Abby (left) starting 10th grade at Poteet, Bekah (center) starting 5th grade at Austin, and Me (right) starting my Senior Year at Poteet. ha ha. They are going to kill me if they find out that I posted this, ha ha, I love it!

Holy cow! I remember that station wagon! I remember thinking how lucky you were that you could look out the back window while your dad was driving! HAHAHA!
