We love our house! We bought this house almost two years ago, it is our first house. It was a foreclosure (I am sure you can guess from the pictures below.) We along with our family and friends worked hard on getting it fixed up. We were able to move in after one month of work and were mostly done with every detail around six months. We did not make any huge changes with this house, mostly cosmetic. When we bought the house we went into it with the intention of selling it after being in it for two years. I would always say I did not want to sell it, I really started to like the house and we worked so hard on it! But the time has come...We are selling our house! I am actually really exciting! We have found a cute one, built in 1921 in Rockwall that would be a lot of work but fun to fix up! Charlie and I enjoy doing this together, it is a huge bonding experience, rough at times, but well worth it. We are so excited about whatever our next project will be. Please keep us in your prayers as we sell our house and move on to the next project. We have already had two offers on our house after only being on the market for one week, yay!
